Fall Intern - Talent Management

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

42 is seeking interns for the Fall 2026 semester. Interns in LA will be expected to work out of our office in Beverly Hills. Interns will be expected to contribute 25 hours week around their class schedule. Expected start date is August 14th.

This is an unpaid internship that MUST go towards school credits.

The Talent Management Intern position involves responsibilities from administrative duties, research, appointment scheduling, casting breakdowns across the US and UK, and working with management for certain artist related needs. Pitching talent, editing and updating client materials, script coverage and project tracking are also included. Prior industry/agency experience is helpful.

The program includes direct contact with executives who are willing to mentor and assist interns in networking, weekly check-ins, and a separate instruction series run by the internship coordinator going over various aspects of the day-to-day life of an assistant, executive and how to land a job in entertainment.

The ideal candidate should be interested in a career in the entertainment industry (especially in development, production, or management), manages time well, and is ready for any task. No prior industry experience necessary. Please do not submit to the Talent Internship if you are an actor.

Please note - due to the training requirement of our internship, our current intern is scheduled to wrap August 14th. If you were to be offered the position and accept, we'd love to arrange a week crossover period for training purposes for you to be onboarded and shadow the day-to-day work load (we have found doing this in the past really allows you to grasp the main concepts of this internship and feel ready and confident with the tasks ahead). This would of course go towards your internship hours and would plan to be a few hours throughout the week depending on your schedule. In saying this, we would need you to be available either the w/c August 3rd or August 10th for at least 3-4 days. Please do not apply if you are not available for the training/onboarding process.
