This is a full-time position based in the New York City area, combining remote work with in-person meetings, industry events, and performance attendance as required.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Agent or Manager who is passionate about discovering, developing, and representing talent. You will work with an existing roster of performers across Musical Theatre, Television, and Film, while also having the freedom to expand the client base through your own industry relationships and strategic vision.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing careers, securing opportunities, and building 33 Entertainment Group's reputation within the North American market.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively submit and pitch clients to casting directors, producers, and creative teams.
* Manage submissions through Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, and other industry platforms.
* Coordinate auditions, holds, availabilities, contracts, and bookings while maintaining excellent communication with both clients and industry professionals.
* Support talent development through career planning, portfolio guidance, audition feedback, and performance reviews.
* Identify, scout, and sign emerging talent across theatre, television, and film.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with casting offices, production companies, and industry decision-makers.
* Attend showcases, performances, networking events, and industry functions on behalf of the agency.
* Work closely with company directors on contracts, invoicing, and overall business development.
About You
We are looking for a motivated professional who is:
* A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
* An effective negotiator who can advocate strongly for clients.
* Knowledgeable in both union and non-union talent representation, including SAG-AFTRA and Actors' Equity Association regulations.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* Passionate about nurturing talent and building long-term careers.

Qualifications
* Minimum of two years' experience working within a talent agency or management company, preferably with a focus on Musical Theatre.
* Established industry relationships within casting and production communities.
* Strong working knowledge of Breakdown Express and Casting Networks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Experience with self-tape coaching, video editing, or audition support is advantageous.
Compensation & Schedule
* Base Salary: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and growth opportunities
* Commission on top of the wage after achieving and hitting targets set
* Full-Time Position: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm
* Remote working arrangement with required attendance at meetings, performances, and industry events.
* Applicants must provide their own computer and suitable home-working setup.
* Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required.
