Role Description & Duties (but not limited to, the following task) 
This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role in Los Angeles, CA at 33 & WEST. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering and transferring phone calls, gathering artists ticket counts, maintain booking system and grids (data entry), greeting clients, and managing day-to-day office tasks such as scheduling, filing, receive and route all incomings packages, mail and help with outgoing mail packages and deliveries and basic clerical duties. This position is in office, 5-days / week, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM. 

Qualifications
* Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
* Clerical Skills including proficiency with office equipment and software
* Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Customer Service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
* Must have your own transportation to / from work
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and E-mail

Additional beneficial skills and qualifications include
* Experience working in the entertainment industry
* Proficiency in Dropbox, Adobe Photoshop, Graphic Design
* Ability to speak another language
