Student Intern Job description for Esther Chae (Yale Drama/TED fellow/USC NetKAL fellow)

• Exec. assistant production assistant for Esther Chae's sole proprietor company 3 Hearts Productions.
• Theater, communication, marketing, entertainment background a plus with potential future project involvement for Boston & Chicago performance 2012
• Web/tech/computer savvy for all on-line media work (i.e. social media outreach, e-mail, website updates). Especially website developmental skills a plus.
• Interest in film production, theater, acting, anime , tech and how that impacts social/political interests
• Do-gooder, integrity, trust worthy, tasteful, communicative, competent. Korean/English bi-lingual capability in writing/speaking a plus.
• Potential project based compensation would come through percentage from grants received & in-kind service via educational institution's grades/credits. No pay.
• Must be available for min. 6-8 months and/or two semesters or more.
• Incentives for students are school credits, portfolio building for professional resume, contacts, learning entrepreneurial skills as independent artist
