Beverly Hills Talent Management Company is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. We are looking for a professional, energetic individual to interface with employees and all levels of management in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with leadership to develop and maintain effective HR systems, processes, policies and procedures
- Employee Relations: Address concerns, provide counseling, facilitate conflict resolution, work with PEO to conduct investigations as applicable
- Hiring: recruitment, interviews, references, offers, negotiations
- Onboarding and offboarding all employees
- Compensation, benefits, compliance
- Full cycle payroll
- Internal programming: internship program, diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Maintain HR records and act as point of contact for all HR inquiries
What We Look For:
- Experience with all core areas of Human Resources (staffing, employee relations, compensation, compliance)
- High degree of professionalism and diplomacy
- Possess a strong work ethic; self-motivated with a desire to take initiative and look for ways to improve processes
- Maintains strict confidentiality and adheres to a high standard of professional conduct
- Experience practicing HR in a creative industry is preferable
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and statutes related to employment, benefits and payroll
- Masters and/or HR certifications preferred (SHRM, CHRP)
