Television Executive Assistant

21 Laps Entertainment is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to support our President of Television. This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong ability to multitask, attention to detail, sharp communication skills and a go-getter attitude. Key tasks include: high email volume, scheduling, rolling calls, as well as involvement in creative (heavy reading, notes, coverage, flagging IP). This role is based in Los Angeles, although the office is currently working remotely. A minimum of one year of experience on a desk is required.
