Job Summary:
20th Television is hiring a Post Production Coordinator to manage the tracking and coordination of information, paperwork, and resources for individual television productions. This role requires close communication with the post-production department and other internal teams.
Responsibilities:
• Track and file incoming post-production information, including credits, VFX, and music documents.
• Maintain department calendars and distribution charts for current and future projects.
• Coordinate deliveries to distribution portals, screenings, and special events.
• Organize and lead kickoff meetings, introducing teams to policies and guidelines.
• Generate payroll start paperwork for Post/Editorial teams.
• Manage the resume database and recommend candidates for post-production roles.
• Assist Post Executives with creating post calendars and biweekly cost trackers.
• Oversee PIX processes, including list creation, approvals, and updates.
• Update production status reports and post-production information in AirTable.
• Archive post-production materials and manage delivery paperwork.
• Coordinate IT support, supplies, equipment, and furniture needs for the department.
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in post-production for a television show or studio
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a corporate office within the entertainment or television industry
• Familiarity with Scenechronize, AirTable, and PIX
Workplace Details:
Position based in Century City, CA, with relocation to Burbank expected by end of 2025.
