Location: Burbank, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
20th Century Studios, a division of The Walt Disney Company, is seeking a Post Production Coordinator to support its post-production executive team in managing scheduling, editorial team coordination, workflow documentation, and screening logistics. This position will play a key role in ensuring smooth post-production processes across multiple film projects.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and screen calls, schedule meetings, and manage executive contacts
• Oversee travel arrangements and expense reports for post-production executives
• Coordinate conference calls with production and studio personnel
• Develop and maintain dailies workflow documents
• Create editorial team lists for shows in pre-production
• Serve as the first point of contact for editorial and post-production teams
• Set up application accounts for editorial teams and monitor access
• Arrange and negotiate editorial office space and Avid rental bids
• Work with production teams to ship editorial materials to remote locations
• Assist in creating post-production schedules and editorial calendars
• Manage purchase orders and vendor communications
• Schedule and oversee executive and preview screenings, including booking security and projection engineering
• Facilitate feature film deliveries, including QC and approval of masters
• Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure all release requirements are met
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of post-production experience
• Strong understanding of post budgets, calendars, and workflows
• Experience handling purchase orders and expense reports
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interface with vendors, executives, and internal teams
• Must be available to work onsite Monday-Thursday with remote Fridays (flexibility required for additional on-site work)
• Occasional overtime on evenings and weekends as needed
