How do I hire a Sound and Editor - YouTube Channel? Hi! Thanks for your interest. I'm putting together a Youtube show that's all about football. We'll concentrate mainly on the NFL, AAF, XFL and fantasy. We'll be shooting once a week at a restaurant in downtown LA. Once the show gets its legs I'd like to shoot the show occasionally live.
I'm looking for a sound person and editor to add to our team. If you can do both even better. This would be a steady once a week easy gig for the right person. Initially there will be a little pay with room down the line for more. More important than one's resume the chemistry between everyone on set is HUGE. Yes. We're sticklers for quality. Having said that all our sets have had a laid back atmosphere.
It's not required but if you want you can answer the following questions. They're the same ones I asked the on set personalities I'll be meeting with.
1. Where are you from and where do you live now?
2. How long have you been in LA? How many siblings do you have?
3. What are your career goals while in LA? What other job(s) do you have while you pursue that career goal?
4. How do you feel about ballbusting? Are you able to give it as well as take it?
5. The show will before filmed in downtown LA. Is that cool? What days are you not available?
6. How active are you on social media when it comes to your personal life and professional life?
7. What are your favorite past tv shows?
8. What are your favorite current tv shows?
9. When it comes to football how knowledgeable are you?
10. How do you get your football news (ESPN fb page, Adam Schefter's twitter etc)? Again. Be honest.
11. Which teams regardless of the sport do you root for?
12. How much do you root for LA sports teams?
13. How much do you like sports outside of football?
14. Do you play fantasy football?
15. Regardless of sport which jerseys do you own?
16. Kaepernick. Your thoughts?
17. This past Super Bowl. Your thoughts?
18. The AAF (Alliance of American Football) and the XFL. Your thoughts?
19. What annoys you the most about the NFL? What changes would you make?
20. Not really a question. Tell me anything else you want. Doesn't have to be football related.
