This Person Must Have a Proven Track Record With The Following:
- Working in a team environment where collaboration is of utmost importance
- Keep things moving under pressure and on tight deadlines
- Adapting to different client needs and personalities with a diplomatic touch
- Staying on top of all the pieces involved in marketing campaigns to ensure they are on deadline.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for all assigned client accounts, maintain a superior level of customer service and support to all partners consistently
- Anticipate client needs, manage deliverables and timelines, and communicate requirements back to the internal team
- Serve partners as an account manager, providing exceptional support through the campaign lifespan: pitching, negotiating, campaign creation and execution, wrap-up reporting / post-mortem
- Act as liaison between client and studio
- Take lead on client meetings and calls; create agendas & send out precise CTA's for follow up
- Work closely with on-site General Manager of VR experience to ensure alignment with client needs
- Create and manage budgets and work with team to track and forecast in a timely manner to ensure was are aligned with SOW
- Anticipate, assist and address the strategic development of programs related to assigned clients; present information to key stakeholders
- Identification of new business opportunities and client trend analysis
Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant professional experience, preferably in tech, gaming and/or virtual reality preferred
- College degree (PR, advertising, marketing, communications preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Extremely proactive and embracing of an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to exercise discretion and exercise confidentiality
- Knowledge of social and influencer marketing
- Software
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mac OS and Google Drive
