WHO WE ARE 1iota Productions, LLC specializes in connecting fans with thousands of live nationwide events in the entertainment world, including exclusive access to popular TV shows, red carpet events, sporting events, movie premieres, music festivals and more.
POSITION We are seeking a seasonal part-time Fan Coordinator, for the month of October for the Events team. Requires customer service experience, strong communication and guest relation skills
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for live on-site events.
Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
A passion for working in a fast-paced environment with high level of teamwork
Effective and sensitive interpersonal skills
Ability to shift gears at a moment's notice while being composed under pressure
Available to work Thursday-Sunday
Okay to work outside in the evening.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Line manage and assist with drive-thru route directionals for an upcoming drive thru event. As well as helping with ticket checking.
Must communicate effectively with guests with an awareness of safety standards
Adhere to the 1iota brand and consistent image of the organization
Deliver the ultimate guest experience and maximize guest engagement while complying with all 1iota policies
