Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team across all stages of the employee lifecycle. This role will be instrumental in onboarding and offboarding processes, while also providing day-to-day administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and demonstrates strong critical-thinking skills to help identify challenges and recommend effective solutions. Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple calendars, with a focus on scheduling for the CHRO.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for the CHRO.
• Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Oversee all aspects of onboarding and offboarding, including background checks, IT and office setup, and employee transitions.
• Maintain time off tracker for the organization.
• Coordinate employee parking and access badges with building management.
• Address general HR inquiries and assist with employee requests.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee electric files.
• Provide back up support for Front Desk as needed.
Education and Experience:
• 2-3 years of Human Resources and/or Administrative Assistance experience
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various levels.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Self-motivated, with strong critical-thinking skills.
