Are you interested in working with a small team that has big impact?

We're seeking an experienced Digital Designer who genuinely cares about the intersection of digital design, storytelling, and visual communication.

• You'll translate ideas and aspirations into high-level concepts for pitches, as well as visual designs for web, social, and marketing platforms
• You'll collaborate with Design and Marketing managers to balance business objectives with studio goals
• You'll often collaborate and have cross functionality; you have a commitment to design thinking and are proud of your deliverables.


What we're looking for:

• 1-3 years in the digital industry, preferably in scaling a startup, agency or consulting.
• In-depth design experience using tools such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and Sketch
• Genuine communication style with the ability to form strong, productive relationships.
• Detail oriented, but still able to see the big picture.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $18.00 - $28.00 per hour. This role will also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position and years of relevant experience.
