Specifically, this position will be…

Answering/routing calls received
Managing and responding to email inquiries
Greeting guests and visitors, with the ability to handle VIP clientele
Handling parking validation needs, as well as building access
Processing incoming & outgoing mail - UPS, FedEx and USPS
Office Supply inventory
Monitoring and restocking kitchen/office supplies
Acting as liaison with various vendors including building management to ensure smooth operations
Other projects assigned as needed; including but not limited to: script coverage, deck design, social media posting, travel arrangements
