101 Studios is looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to the CFO and COO to join our New York team!
Qualified candidates will have the ability to proactively function under tight deadlines, experience managing daily schedules/calendars, preparing for meetings, and managing travel for multiple C-Suite executives as well as office administration in a fast-paced, highly demanding hybrid work environment. Additionally, be eager to learn, think quickly, and be cool under pressure. The ideal candidate has a background in business, and previous office administration experience. Entertainment industry preferred.
What you will do:
High volume phone management (e.g., rolling calls, facilitating conference calls and prioritizing calls, as necessary)
Calendar management, scheduling complex meetings with 10+ people, etc.
Coordinating domestic and international travel
Expense reporting
Research and analysis in support of projects
Expert with MS office and various presentation software
Liaising with internal staff, external clients & partners of all levels
Ability to adapt to shifting working hours.
Office Administration as required (Managing and ordering of office/kitchen supplies, accepting/sending mail, etc.)
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative capacity
At least 1+ years of experience supporting high level executives.
Strong analytical skills and passion for business preferred.
Ability to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
Strong sense of integrity, diplomacy, and professionalism required.
Strong ability to liaise with key senior-level executives.
Extremely flexible, composed individual who builds trust and instills confidence.
Ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
Positive attitude, self-motivated and willing to ''go the extra mile''
Critical attention to detail and highly organized, while still thinking ''big picture.''
Familiarity with video conferencing systems (Zoom, etc.)
Salary $20-$25 per hour DOE
