Warner Bros. Theatrical Enterprises LLC seeks an Animation Clerk for the WBA Development & Production department. Under direct supervision, position provides assistance to Line Producer. Photocopies and distributes materials. Runs errands on foot.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Photocopies and distributes various reports and schedules for the production.
Processes various artwork materials for production.
Assists Assistant Production Manager and/or Animation Coordinator in preparing shipments to overseas studio.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Typing Skills: 35 wpm.
Must be familiar with office equipment such as photocopy machines.
Some knowledge of animation production process helpful.
Computer experience helpful - Word and Excel.
Ability to keep accurate records and schedules.
Previous animation experience desirable.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with managers and other levels of personnel.
Must have the ability to pay close attention to details.
Must have the ability to organize.
Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.
Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks. |
