Marketing/IBO Intern

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

2010 Fall Internship Program

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

o Basic office duties
-Contact management
-Uploading & Maintaining files to dot Mac Server
-Keeping up to date trackers on mail, research status, etc
o Manage Egami social networking strategy (facebook updates, twitter updates, etc.)
o Drafting press releases
o Market research
o Updating and maintaining media lists
o Assembling client clip books and press kits
o Providing support at Egami events



o IBO - Internal Brand Operations - a team of high level interns who are dedicated to the growth of the company as well as their personal growth in a unique marketing and public relations environment. As part of the IBO team each member will gain valuable real world education and experience that will provide a direct bridge to their potential future within the company and/or within the industry.
-Create Egami bi-monthly news letter (online and print) (have Dave create initial layout but then have interns manage subsequent layout)
-Create mailing list for news letter
-Create and contribute to Egami blog
-Research PR opportunities for Egami news and blogs
-Manage and maintain Egami presence on social networking sites
