This is a Full Time Job
WWE has an exciting opportunity for a smart, energetic, organized, and proactive Live Events Assistant to support a key executive and the Live Events department.
The regular, core hours for this position will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday but there may be additional hours required so candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to busy executive, handling phones, visitors, emails, and day-to-day office management in a professional and courteous manner
* Manage calendar and coordinate meetings and travel, including preparation of materials and schedules
* Work with various areas of Live Events department including scheduling promoting, and marketing
* Facilitate the flow of internal and external information through the office
* Process invoices and expense reports
* Research, coordinate, manage, and/or assist with a variety of projects
* Organize and maintain department files, supplies, and equipment
* Run errands as needed
* Keep current with WWE shows, talent, and storylines
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience
* Able to work in a fast paced ever changing environment
* Can-do, flexible attitude and demeanor with good level of business and common sense, and ability to think on your feet
* Able to work well independently and also with people of all levels and backgrounds
* Excellent organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, and communications skills
* Strong computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
* Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy
* Driver's License and motor vehicle that can be used for errands as needed
* Able to travel as needed (approximately 10 to 20%)
* Able to work flexible hours/days as needed and 24/7 on-call availability as required
* Bachelor degree; Sports Management or Hospitality/ Tourism preferred
