Job Description:*
Live Nation Entertainment, the largest live entertainment company in the world, is looking for a highly creative thinker to bring their passion for music, experience in brand marketing and knowledge of the online and social media world to the position of Manager Marketing Solutions.
In this role you'll be tasked with developing cutting edge offline and digital-based marketing campaigns and writing inspiring client proposals while working in a fun environment with a group of forward thinking individuals.
Responsibilities:
This position's primary role is to support the LNN Digital Sales and Strategic Sales teams to develop and win profitable business from corporate advertisers. Specific responsibilities include:
• Build compelling, sellable and executable marketing / advertising programs that leverage Live Nation Entertainment's online and offline assets
• Write clear, concise and visually pleasing marketing proposals in response to digital media RFPs and marketing briefs
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on consumer behavior, marketing trends, digital and social media developments and specific industry/client businesses to enhance sales probability
• Assist in internal brainstorming sessions for prospective clients
• Establish feasibility and pricing through communication with internal and external constituents
• Develop detailed budgets for proposed digital marketing programs
• Acquire a complete knowledge of Live Nation assets/capabilities and identify their role in achieving client business objectives
• Develop and organize Live Nation sales tools such as property one-sheets, consumer research documents, online / offline marketing packages, etc.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience in advertising, online / social / mobile media or promotions; specifically in the business development area
• Strong skills/experience in writing media / marketing proposals and responding to RFPs
• Knowledgeable and well-versed in social media and digital marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with online research tools ComScore and Neilsen @plan and Simmons preferred
• Highly effective at managing many projects at one time
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Possesses keen knowledge of the latest trends in the online, social media and mobile spaces
• Extremely resourceful, team player
