Film For Thought, production company behind ''Hood To Coast'' documentary is seeking summer interns. After the successful premiere into over 350 theaters nationwide, we are now coordinating the promotion and sale of DVD, merchandise, soundtrack to multiple marketplaces (including international) along with further screenings. Fantastic opportunity to learn about the real world of independent film distribution, film-marketing, and documentary film-making - it's gritty, it's hard, it's fun, and thanks to the internet it changes all the time. Will be working closely alongside filmmakers and staff on all matters and materials, learning from experienced professionals.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong computer skills with a Mac, Word, Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills, extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Good phone skills and salesmanship, we're marketing a film and you're going to help!
• Thinking outside the box, Be smart. What ideas do you have that we haven't implemented?

This is no walk in the park, serious applicants only. lunch and parking provided, school credit, located in great offices downtown.
