Radio Marketing Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

Specific responsibilities include:

Support SVP Marketing/ Promotion(East Coast) and VP (West Coast)
o Travel
o Oversee Mailings
o Submit music to BDS/ Mediabase
o Pull and anylize airplay reports
o Maintain Radio databases by formats
o Create eblasts
o Track department budgets
o submit department expense reports
o Maintain radio budgets
o help facilitate getting videos posted on station sites
o College radio

Artist Relations
o coordinate phoners
o coordinate on-site band activities while on tour

Sports Marketing
o coordinate marketing initiatives with local sports teams
o create and execute promotions with sports radio

Local integrated marketing
o Work with local stores, bars/ clubs/ beer distributors to market shows and CD releases.

This is an entry level position. Previous music business or internship experience is a plus.
