Twentieth Century Fox Television has an opportunity for an exceptionally qualified Television Production Attorney who will be responsible for legal clearance of television series, talent agreements, network license agreements and other production agreements.

Responsibilities include resolving participation claims and other disputes with talent, copyright and trademark claims as well as advising on legal issues in the areas of intellectual property law, immigration law, commercial transactions, employment law and guild agreements.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will be a graduate of a top-rated law school, with an outstanding academic record and strong writing/communication skills. He or she will be a current member of the California Bar and have practiced at a major law firm for 3 to 5 years and worked as legal counsel for a major television studio or production company for 3 to 5 years. Experience in network licensing, guild agreements, music agreements and participation litigation is highly desirable. Finally, the candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, adaptable and a team player.
