Payroll Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

A major entertainment payroll company is seeking a highly motivated Payroll Coordinator to join their team. In this position, you will be responsible for gathering and preparing everything necessary to process payroll such as collecting and calculating timecards, preparing invoices, distributing checks and administrative duties as necessary including answering phones, filing and research projects.

The ideal candidate should have:
-Excellent communication and follow through skills.
-2-5 years Accounting/Payroll experience, preferably within the Entertainment industry.
-Proficiency in MS Office and any Accounting software.
-College degree within a related field.

This is a temp-to-permanent position in Los Angeles paying between $17 - $25/hr DOE. For consideration, please email your resume
