This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Up and coming Entertainment PR Agency is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our small yet hardworking team. The internship will be part-time as well as occasional evening/weekend events throughout Los Angeles. Everyday responsibilities will include:
• Research
• Finding contacts
• Drafting bios, press releases and pitches
• Covering events: red carpet, fittings, interviews, gifting suites, etc.
Candidate should be thick-skinned with a fun attitude and great work ethic. Our agency works with entertainment/talent.
MUST have reliable transportation and MUST be local to Los Angeles during the months of June-August.
MUST be available to work 2-3 days per week (preferably, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) from 9:30-5:30 as well as nights and weekends for event coverage as needed.
We are looking for someone who is committed, passionate, and willing to learn!
This is is a great opportunity for hands-on experience as well as building your portfolio. This internship can also be used for college credit!
Looking to hire for Summer Semester 2012 at this time to start IMMEDIATELY upon successful interview.
Since this is an unpaid internship, we reimburse for any parking expenses for events.
