Partner Operations Manager (Temporary)
Los Angeles-based entertainment company seeks a highly qualified candidate for the position of Partner Operations Manager (Temporary) within our Content Operations group for a 3-6 month contract. This individual will be responsible for maintaining operational relationships with film and television content providers as well as overseeing content delivery and processing.
Length of Contract: 3-6 months (full-time)
Pay: $25-30/hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for content providers regarding asset delivery set-up, testing, production deliveries and ingestion.
• Resolve any content and/or content provider issues.
• Maintain a video delivery project schedule.
• Provide metrics to related parties as needed using internal reporting tools.
• Possess a thorough understanding of internal content ingestion processes and systems.
• Ensure that all required assets are delivered on time and to our specifications.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and content reports.
• Escalate issues through the proper chain of command with ample notice.
• Provide requirements for content management system features and enhancements.
• Help define and document internal processes.
• Monitor content processes for efficiency break-downs and recommend process
Skills/Requirements:
• Must have experience working within a digital distribution environment.
• Must have experience managing vendor relationships.
• Must be familiar with content management systems, XML, HTML and ftp.
• Must be proficient at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, independent, highly organized, and proactive.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have demonstrated success in problem-solving, generating solutions and efficiency improvements.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of video encoding workflow a plus.
• Ideal candidates are passionate about film and television content.
