Assistant to Host - Trisha Show

This is a Full Time Job

Role Summary:
The Trisha Show, an exciting new nationally syndicated talk show is looking for a Talent Assistant to support the show's host.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate busy calendar
Schedule appointments and interviews
Arrange limos, flights, hotels and any other travel needs for host
Assist in various day of show needs during studio tapings
Personal and day-to-day administrative responsibilities (phones, correspondence, emails)

Basic Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience as an assistant to TV On-Air Talent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet
Bachelor's degree

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be willing to work in Stamford, Connecticut.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.

Desired Characteristics:

Need for discretion and experience of dealing with confidential information
Excellent communication and people skills
Experience with daytime talk shows a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow direction and work independently when necessary
Superior organizational skills
