Confidential digital content startup interested in hiring EDITOR. The editor will oversee all post-production, effectively taking on post-production supervisor responsibilities. He/She is responsible for the creative editorial of each show and the timely, production-conscious delivery of each episode. The Editor must have expert proficiency in the latest FCP systems, After Effects, a broad knowledge of FCP's various plug-ins, a technical expertise with respect to post production computer systems and software. The Editor will have an AE/Design report to help with all post needs. Need someone who is creative and technically savvy. Must have an interest in news programming targeted at millennials.

The Editor will take direction from the Head Writer on creative and report into the AP on all production and schedule concerns.

This role is for NYC Area.
