Post-Production Coordinator

Film/TV Studio located in Atlanta, GA is looking for a Post Production Coordinator. We are looking for professionals who pay attention to detail and show dedication and commitment to our team. Our studio produces many projects and has a fast turn around, so the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Post Production Coordinator Duties Include:
• Meeting deadlines for delivery schedule
• Placing work orders for editors/operators
• Manage post-production departments schedule to ensure all projects are on time and on budget
• Maintain lines of communication with other departments for most accurate and up to date information for deadline and scheduling purposes

Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Previous post-production coordinator and/or post-prodcution experience required
• Knowledgable on NLE systems and editing techniques
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively
• Work well under a fast-pace, deadline driven environment
• Outstanding communication
• College degree preferred

This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the post process, from shoot to delivery of final masters including offline, online, color correction and mixing.

You will be coordinating between production, Producers and final delivery to network, syndication Etc. and must be able to meet deadlines and budgets. You will need to be dependable, organized, energetic, and have good communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft word and excel. Able to give detailed progress reports and generate spreadsheets a must. Previous post-production experience required.
