RECEPTIONIST POSITION
Job Description:
For a full-time (preferable) or part-time receptionist position for a film/television production company in Beverly Hills.
Pay $8-$9 per hour.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
-Perform duties as requested by manager
-Answer multiple company phone lines and transfer calls as needed
-Schedule conference room and color-correction room bookings
-Maintain a visitor sign in sheet
-Greet visitors and offer refreshments
-No calls should be placed on hold until the caller is identified along with the company
-Check messages 2-3 times a day
-Assist clients and employees with faxing, scanning, etc.
-Properly and thoroughly relay messages to employees
-Collect and distribute mail to appropriate inbox
-Package and send mail out
-Create a weekly list of restocking items for kitchen and office supplies
-Order lunch/dinner for the authorized employees when approved by manager
-Maintain a menu book
-Stock fridge daily
-Keep office clean and organized (i.e. remove large boxes, clean conference room, waiting area, keep kitchen very tidy)
-Do runs to studios/vendors as needed
-Organize and send invoices/receipts to accountant each week
-Research travel arrangement options

-Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
-Highly organized and detail oriented
-Hospitable and courteous to clients and staff
-Self-starter with ability to take initiative and assist where needed
-Maintain a high level of confidentiality
-When given a task, will get it done without having to be asked twice
-Professional and friendly demeanor
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desired:
-Bachelor's degree
-One year experience as receptionist
