Looking for a young and fresh fashionista for an assistant position at a boutique modeling agency

Ideal candidate is team oriented, an avid researcher of current trends, and a has a strong knowledge of the fashion industry.
Job Requirements:
-Knowledge of the fashion industry; models, modeling and casting agencies, photographers, stylists, designers, directors, magazines, and current trends are all a plus
-Knowledge of fashion blogs a must
-Working relationships with photographers preferred
-Have an eye for new talent and fashion
-Good phone etiquette
-Professionalism and positive attitude

Job Responsibilities:
Assisting the owner and agents with creative development; seeking out and developing new talent, researching local photographers and blogs, setting up test shoots, and directing open call.
