We are looking for a full-time Operations Administrator who can handle a fast-paced work environment. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Job Description: Help develop and carry out office systems including record keeping, filing, data entry, and order tracking; process, sort, and distribute incoming product; match transactions against pending customer orders; monitor the status of sales orders ensuring all products arrive and appropriate staff is notified; coordinate delivery of final orders to customers.
Qualification: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel with knowledge of Quickbooks preferred; at least one year of general office and some college experience; ability to work independently as a self-starter; possession of excellent communication, organization, and project management skills; a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
