This is a Full Time Job
I am a publicist working for personal clientele. A very small office. Looking for assistant/coordinator with these exact and specific skills:
1. Entering into mailchimp all contacts for email newsletters and designing them to go out - experience with a related email marketing program
2. Going through daily google alerts and servicing press clippings to client and team
3. Photoshopping and servicing all press clippings
4. Errands to the post office and fed ex
5. Helping enter bills into quick books
6. Entering in all client interviews and appointments into Microsoft Outlook Calendar - remotely or on premises and helping to confirm them
7. Making and verifying press lists on Vocus lists (like Cision) on a daily basis
8. Using IMDB Pro on a daily basis to verify and update representation
9. Keeping a pitch log and helping plan and coordinate travel and other administrative tasks
10. Use of social media for generating fans/friends and gaining traction for clientele
MUST be able to take direction, understand that this business fluctuates greatly from month to month and must be able to move with the ebbs and flows of the business.
