Sales Administration and Business Affairs

This is a Full Time Job

Myriad Pictures, Inc. is a Santa Monica based entertainment company involved in the development, financing, production, and worldwide sales of major motion pictures and television programming. We are currently looking for an energetic, resourceful, take-charge individual to serve for approximately 6 months in the sales administration department. Candidate must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and have effective problem solving skills.

Job responsibilities:

Generate and negotiate international film distribution agreements
Assist in-house counsel with development and production business affairs
Track payments
Perform tasks involving general sales administration and analysis
Review and analyze chain of title and other delivery documents

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant entertainment experience
Experience with FilmTrack and Excel a plus
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Good verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor's Degree
