Local Associate Producer

This is a Part Time Job

VIMBY, a Mark Burnett Company, is seeking an organized Associate Producer with field experience for a recurring gig we are doing with a major commercial client. We are shooting two local commercials a month in Tampa Bay. We are looking for a producer/coordinator who can manage the set, interact with the client, and handle production logistics, so that our director/DP can focus on the creative.

AP MUST BE LOCALLY LOCATED IN THE TAMPA AREA.

These projects will be done with a small, nimble crew.

Duties include:

-Coordinating with crew and creating call sheets

-Managing crew

-Being able to source last minute equipment needs on the fly.

-Handling Petty Cash for craft service and meals. Reconciling with Line Producer in Los Angeles

-Working with Casting Dept to communicate with real people being featured in the ads.

Experience on set is key, but mostly we need a hard worker, who is flexible and knows production resources in your city.
