A new kind of Media Company looking for a new kind of Community Moderator!
As an Interactive Community Moderator at EQAL, you will act as a link between some of the world's biggest celebrities/brands and their fans. You will also play a prominent role in crafting the future of EQAL's large variety of websites, providing deep analytic research, SEO optimization techniques, and creative content strategies.
You should be motivated, extremely detail-oriented, tech savvy, and have, preferably, previous moderation and/or analytic experience.
Our ideal candidate has experience in Customer Service/Support, a background in writing, basic HTML capabilities, an understanding of SEO techniques and analytic research (Google Analytics, ComScore, TweetReach, et al), and a positive attitude (if you?re the kind of worker who lives and loves metadata, this job is for you).
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for all community member/user inquiries
• Develop support material, FAQs, and best practice replies to efficiently address all user inquiries
• Report on bug fixes and product enhancements request by users
• Troubleshoot on-site technical issues
• Increase user interaction through participation in Forum conversations
• Extensive analytic research and reporting
Requirements:
• Social Media knowledge
• Fluent in Google Analytics
• Basic HTL writing/editing skills
• Prior experience in customer service/support
• BA in English, or related area�
