This is a Part Time Job
San Francisco talent agency is seeking an exceptional assistant who is interested in pursuing a career in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will be a focused and dedicated professional. College degree preferred, but can overlook for a minimum 2 years of agency or industry related experience. Works Mon-Wed-Fri.
This job requires you to work well under pressure- in a team & individually. You will learn a lot in a short amount of time. You will be exposed to all aspects of talent management, including but not limited to: submitting, negotiating and booking talent for on-camera, print and voiceover work.
Qualifications:
• Must reside in the Bay Area
• Reliability and punctuality a MUST
• Excellent time management
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Must be good with people
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Must be able to handle heavy phones & email
• Excellent organizational skills
• Positive attitude and a good sense of humor
• Must be a good listener and able to follow instructions
• Strong communication skills, including above average reading and writing skills
• Computer skills a must. Proficiency with both PC and Mac preferred.
• Social Media & Website Management skills are a plus
• Legal background a plus
