Temporary Staff Accountant

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a temporary Staff Accountant in its Accounts Receivable department. The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: International A/R invoicing, collections and cash applications, as well as preparing journal entries, maintaining spreadsheets, conducting various research projects, creating audit packages, and other department-related duties.

The successful candidate will have a BA degree in accounting, 3- 4 years related experience, demonstrated knowledge of general accounting principles and internal controls, solid knowledge of accounting systems and financial reporting, and strong communication skills. Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
