PMK*BNC Los Angeles has a unique entry level opportunity for Administrative Assistant to work in this fast paced environment. The Assistant will primarily support a senior level Executive, and assistant members of the Marketing department as time allows. This position is primarily responsible for:
•Administrative support to Executive to include answering his phones, scheduling meetings, booking travel, completing expense reports
•Assist in creating professional and client-ready PowerPoint presentations
•Heavy research
•Other administrative duties as necessary
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, or Public Relations is preferred
•1+ years of related work experience; agency experience is a plus
•Outstanding knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
•Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
•Knowledge of business trends and current events
•Strong research abilities
•Ability to think outside of the box and articulate ideas to team members
