Details: Shovio Broadcasting is looking for highly motivated, hard working individuals for PR/publicity duties. This is not the typical media internship, it’s an opportunity to be a part of new technology in a radio/TV hybrid. Candidate’s responsibilities include creating exposure, buzz and interest specifically for The Radiochick show. Duties include reaching former listeners and viewers, using social networking sites such as My Space, Face Book and Twitter, Blogs and other relevent online communities. Developing Stunt ideas and creative content ideas. (SEO knowledge or skills not required, but would be a plus).

Interns will be required to work two to three days a week, hours negotiable, from our mid-town Manhattan location. These highly demanding positions are unpaid, but will provide invaluable hands-on experience in public relations and broadcast media, and could open the door to paid opportunities within the company. Interested candidates should e-mail a resume.
