RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the maintenance of music channel databases for assigned formats. Knowledge of RCS Selector software is a plus, but willing to train.
• Assist with programming of assigned music channels, including rotation updates and music research.
• Work with programmers/consultants to generate playlist information, etc.
• Work efficiently with programming staff/consultants to implement project plans, etc.
• Edit audio tracks on a minor scale to remain compliant with FCC rules and regulations
• Maintain CD library that supports the various music formats and other programming duties as required.
Individual must have a passion for music! Also, candidate must be internet-savvy, have strong communication skills, be an out-of-the-box thinker, highly motivated, work well collaboratively, and be goal/detail-oriented, enthusiastic, organized, flexible and a self-starter. Previous radio experience (even college radio) is a plus. Perfect opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the music industry!
