A well-established Entertainment Public Relations and Communications Firm seeks an Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to work with us on a full-time basis. Ideal candidates should have an interest in the fields PR and Marketing Communications with prior internships or assistant work a huge plus.
Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelors Degree in Public Relations, Communications or related major
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong computer skills (Emphasis on MAC computers)
- Reliable transportation
- Motivation and reliability
- Professional and friendly people skills
- Ability to anticipate needs
Job Responsibilities:
(tasks include but are not limited to):
- General office tasks including phones, office scheduling, and shipping
- Keeping supplies stocked and office equipment maintained
- Assisting in the distribution and production of press materials including press releases, e-blasts, and photography/artwork
- Creating and updating contact and press lists, online and offline.
- Compiling office billing including client invoices and expenses
- Covering client events including screenings, press conferences etc.
