KOKH-TV Fox 25 in Oklahoma City has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Morning Newscast Producer.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day production of our morning newscast, working closely with the Executive Producer, Director and Assignment Desk on the newscast and its content. You will reviwe reporter scripts, develop content for our web site, our social network sites and our mobile platform. You will essentially help write our morning newscast. This shift involves morning news hours.
The winning candidate must be a strong writer with line producer experience. You must have sharp news judgment, excellent technical skills and the ability to work well with others. You must be proficient with Avid iNews and NewsCutter XP systems.
You will need at least two (2) years of daily news producing and management experience along with a college degree. Ideally, this person is performing this job function currently in another market. This is not an entry level position.
