Talent Agency seeks a fun, reliable and intelligent team player to work 2-3 6-hour days a week. We are a boutique agency operating on an A-list level for Broadway, Film, and Television. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start in the talent representation business.
Duties include:
•Preparing e-mail correspondence and mail packages
•Communicating clearly and professionally with other offices
•Discretely handling sensitive documents & information
•Answering phones
•Entertaining clients and guests

Candidates must possess excellent phone manners and interpersonal skills as well as strong computer skills. Must be organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must take direction well, be a self-starter, and have knowledge on the PC. College credit is available.
