ION Media seeks career oriented IT Support Professional for our NYC office.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
•Helpdesk troubleshooting and technical support services
•Assist with System Admin functions including Backups and Restores

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

Applicant must have a minimum 3 years support experience covering the following:

•PC and Laptop Deployment & Support (XP/Vista/OSX)
•Advanced Microsoft Office Support 2003/2007
•Network support including Wireless Connectivity
•Conference Room AV technical support for multimedia equipment
•Excellent communication and technical skills required
•Day shift, on call, minimal travel.
•Related degree and / or certifications preferred
