E-Commerce Internship

Come and work with one of the most exciting & influential Science Fiction brands in the history of entertainment! We are a Los Angeles-based Production Company, now accepting applications for summer internships within our Online Store. Qualified applicants with have the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of day-to-day E-Commerce operations.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Order processing & fulfillment
• Fielding and responding to customer service inquires
• Inventory tracking and maintenance
• Stock organization
• Website administration
• Light graphic creation & manipulation

Requirements:

• Student at accredited university with the ability to earn internship credit
• Available 16-24 hours per week, including Mondays & Fridays
• Strong communication skills
• PC & Mac proficiency
• Retail background preferred
• Knowledge of Photoshop a plus
