High Level Job Description: Drive revenue through direct to fan (D2F) online sales
Detailed Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Work with product management and Digital Department to create compelling consumer offerings for D2F artist websites via pre orders and post street date promotions
• Handle P+L Process for merch & limited edition producing to sell into specialty, indie, and D2F outlets
• Understand and run PNL reports in order to price content properly and work with financial department to guarantee certain profit margins
• Work with product management in the production process to meet deadlines for content offerings based on the platform
• Provide input on the overall strategy for eCommerce growth
• Analyze Sales trends and maintain PV projections for quarterly and yearly sales
• Liaison with the Art, Business Affairs, Merchandising, Finance and Marketing departments to identify new products for the stores

Special Requirements/Preferences:
2-3 years of retail sales and marketing experience
Computer skills: MS Office, analytics tools (Omniture), email and other marketing tools
Project management
eCommerce, marketing and music-related experience preferred
excellent communication and people skills
