This is a 6-12 month job with the possibility of a staff position.
Main Responsibilities:
• Will assist SVP, TV Production in the coordination and management of multiple projects (series or specials) throughout various stages of development and production.
• Will support SVP, TV Production in managing day-to-day relationship with Production Studios from Development through Delivery.
• Will support SVP, TV Production in managing multiple production schedules.
• Work with script coordinator and series producers to manage the writing schedule and to make sure all deadlines are met.
• Liaise with broadcaster programming departments, Chorion UK Content Manager, and animation studio to ensure that all Chorion delivery and broadcaster delivery requirements are met.
• If necessary, facilitate casting and recording processes for both US and international versions including working with script coordinator and production assistant to generate record version scripts (US and International) as well as ensuring all required assets are supplied prior to records/dubbing.
• Oversee the submission of weekly project status reports.
• Work with Director of Finance and Production Accounting to provide SVP, TV production with cost updates and weekly cost reports.
• Assist SVP, TV Production in creation and management of production budgets.
• Draft and submit contract request forms for both legal and human resource purposes.
• Act as liaison between all freelance contractors/vendors and the CSL Production team.
• Work with the asset coordinator and animation studio to facilitate the visual deliveries for other departments including licensing (toys), sales & marketing (one sheets, tradeshow materials), and brand (presentations, reels).
Skill/Experience Requirements:
• Must have animation experience.
• Must have 3-5 years production management experience.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Final Draft, EP Budgeting, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro a plus.
