Freelance Senior Art Director

What we need:

We have an immediate opening for an exceptional Freelance Art Director with a passion for innovative marketing and creative execution. The Creative Director must have a breadth and depth of interactive skills demonstrated by solid experience in both the entertainment and advertising industries. You must be a conceptual thinker who understands how work translates across print, AV and motion graphics. This requires a proven track record delivering from strategy to creative concept through overseeing the execution of integrated campaigns.


General Responsibilities:

Experience managing the project-oriented creative process from concept to delivery is expected. Ability to foster a spirit of collaboration with the client and Threshold’s team is equally important.


Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have a strong print portfolio of 5+ years experience in the interactive advertising and entertainment industry to include mobile applications and social media.

• Ability to show online brand evolution within an integrated campaign and a solid understanding of web marketing performance metrics is a plus.

• Must have consumer package goods experience with line extensions to existing brands

• Candidate must have knowledge of web and mobile application design fundamentals and limitations and a solid understanding of social media platforms and their application in interactive campaigns.

• Must be proactive and collaborative with strong execution and follow up skills.

• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment while meeting critical deadlines.

• Must have exceptional communication and customer service skills.
