JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Back-up Station Operations Manager
•Responsible for generating, editing and verifying accuracy of daily program logs ensuring all paid programs and commercials run in compliance with agency instructions.
•Ensure accurate processing and verification of National and Local orders.
•Enter and manage copy for all National and Local orders.
•Reconciliation of daily logs.
•Produce various revenue and/or avails reports for Corporate.
•Format all necessary program and schedule changes.
•Maintain commercial tape library, purging at various intervals.
•Notify salesperson when a discrepancy has occurred and process accordingly.
•Maintain current and previous years’ files of daily program logs, sales contracts, end of month discrepancy reports.
•Process log verifications when requested.
•Other miscellaneous projects as assigned by Corporate.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQIURES:
•Minimum 3 years experience in a Broadcasting Traffic Department
•Computer literate
•Able to handle multiple tasks
•Good typing skills and ability to use 9 key pad in quick and accurate manner
•Degree in related field preferred
