Event Production Manager

This is a Full Time Job

• Advance technical and other aspects of production with event production company.

• Responsible for the supervision of on-site backstage catering needs and requirements.

• Disseminate show information to appropriate departments and personnel as needed.

• Arrange production equipment.

• Ship all materials for show.

• Ensure shows run smoothly and on time.

• Travel to shows.

• Set up and strike show materials at events.


Job Requirements

• Must be local to the Boca Raton, Florida Area

• 2 to 3 years stage management experience in a professional live event environment.

• Excellent communication, organizational and prioritization skills.

• Knowledge of sound, lighting and staging.

• Quick and innovative problem solver.

• Basic computer skills required-Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Even tempered and works well under pressure.

• Must be able to travel at any given moment.

• Able to work with various personality types.

• Professional appearance.
